How scoring works

Real parents, including PTPA's own panel, score your product across five categories. A score of 70 or above earns certification. Below that, your results stay private, the product is never named publicly, and you still receive your product scorecard so you know exactly where you stand.

This link is unique to your product. Only share it with real customers who have used the product. Responses from people who have not used it are discarded in scoring.

Where to share this link

1 Email your customer list Send a short email to customers who have bought and used this product. Keep it simple and honest: tell them you have partnered with PTPA to independently score the product, and that their honest feedback helps other parents decide. Include the link. Customers who feel good about a product and trust your brand will respond.

2 Order follow-up sequence Add the link to any existing review request or follow-up email you send. Customers already in that flow are your warmest respondents.

3 Your customer community Facebook groups, loyalty program emails, or any channel where verified buyers already gather. The more genuine responses, the stronger your score.

What happens next

2 Your Trust Score arrives by email within 30 days of your survey going live.

3 Score 70 or above and certification plus your Badge Studio assets unlock. Below 70, your results stay private, the product is never named, and you still receive your product scorecard.

PTPA will also invite parents from its own independent panel to review your product. These testers are recruited and managed entirely by PTPA, with no involvement from your brand. Their responses count toward your final score alongside your customer responses.
